Welcome to your private upstairs Queen bedroom in our peaceful Kailua-Kona home. This room is perfect for solo travelers who want a clean, comfortable, and affordable base close to Ali‘i Drive, beaches, grocery stores, and dining.
Your room includes a comfortable Queen bed, ceiling fan, strong WiFi, dresser, and shared bathroom access. Entry is easy with a smart lock programmed to the last four digits of your phone number. To make your stay convenient, we provide a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Guests may need to purchase additional items for longer stays.
Please note that this is a lived-in home with a friendly cat on the property and no AC—just ceiling fans and natural airflow. We maintain quiet hours and limit occupancy to one guest per room to ensure a peaceful environment.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
