• The home does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans and screened windows provide airflow, but guests who prefer air conditioning or very cool indoor temperatures may be more comfortable in an AC-equipped property..
• As with most homes in tropical environments, occasional insects, humidity, and changing weather conditions are part of the natural setting
• The home operates on a solar power system without backup batteries, so large appliances (laundry, dishwasher, etc.) should be used during daylight hours.
• Water is supplied by a filtered well system, and plumbing is sensitive—please flush only toilet paper.
• The pool and spa are for guest enjoyment; children must be supervised at all times.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
